Thank you so much for your purchase! We hope you love your treasures as much as we do! We do have some rules to follow in case you are not completely satisfied.
ALL jewelry, shoes, decor, home accents, items bought with a coupon code, items marked on sale or clearance, and all HOLIDAY items are a FINAL SALE. There are no exceptions.
Our return policy is for store credit only.
Items are eligible for exchange if:
- All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached
- Items are returned to us with 10 days from the date received.
- All items are free of make-up, deodorant, perfume, or other stains.
- Please follow care instructions: We are not responsible for shrinkage/wash/wear damage
If your return does not meet the above criteria, do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs.
If you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise you believe to be defective, please contact Customer Service. All claims must be made within 10 days of date purchase.
• Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
• We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item. Store credit cannot be applied to that new order that has been placed. Credit MUST be used for future purchases.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
